A significant training initiative has been completed for our team. Over the last two months, we brought an AI expert, to train our people in practical applications of artificial intelligence. It was a deliberate investment in how we work and how we will remain competitive in a changing industry.

The Rationale
The fundamental principle behind this initiative was this: companies that ignore this technology shift risk falling behind. On the other hand, companies that rush to board the train without a plan—without understanding their goals—waste resources.
